Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about our refund process for digital study materials.

Digital Product Policy

Since Braintube provides digital goods (PDFs, Notes, and Online Resources), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical goods.

Refund Conditions

We offer refunds only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical glitch.
  • Product for Wrong Subject: If you accidentally purchased the wrong subject and have NOT yet downloaded or viewed the material.
  • Technical Failure: If you paid for a product but our system failed to grant you access/email the file within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • "I don't like the content" after downloading.
  • "I passed the exam without using the material."
  • Mistakenly buying a subject that was already available for free in the resources section.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at braintube.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include:

  • Your full name and email used for the purchase.
  • Order ID/Payment ID from Razorpay.
  • Reason for the refund request.
