Braintube provides educational study materials including notes, question papers, syllabus information, and "Fix Questions" (curated important questions) for VTU students. These materials are designed to supplement your studies, not replace official university resources.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when making purchases
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email
• You must not share purchased materials publicly or resell them
• One purchase is valid for one person only

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Upon successful payment, materials will be emailed to you
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA

All original content on Braintube, including our proprietary design and curated "Fix Questions", is protected by copyright.

Copyright Takedown: Braintube respects the intellectual property rights of others. Some study materials are contributed by students or curated from public educational resources for the benefit of the student community. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a takedown request to braintube.in@gmail.com with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location (URL).
• Your contact information.

We will investigate and remove any infringing content within 48-72 business hours.

6. Disclaimer

Our "Fix Questions" are curated based on analysis of previous exam patterns but we do not guarantee that these exact questions will appear in your exams. We are not affiliated with VTU officially. Our materials are for reference and study purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Braintube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
