Braintube is an educational platform designed specifically for VTU students. We provide
high-quality study materials including notes, previous year question papers, syllabus
information, and curated "Fix Questions" to help you excel in your exams.
Is Braintube affiliated with VTU?
No, Braintube is not officially affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University.
We are an independent educational platform created by students and educators to support
VTU students in their academic journey.
Which branches and semesters do you cover?
We cover all major branches including CSE, ISE, AI&ML, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, and
Data Science. Our materials span from Semester 1 to Semester 8 following the VTU 2022
scheme.
Fix Questions
What are "Fix Questions"?
Fix Questions are carefully curated important questions for each subject, selected based
on analysis of previous VTU exam patterns, syllabus weightage, and topic importance.
They help you focus your preparation on high-probability questions.
Will these exact questions appear in my exam?
We cannot guarantee that exact questions will appear in your exam. However, our Fix
Questions are based on thorough analysis and cover important concepts that are
frequently tested. Many students have found them helpful in their preparation.
How do I receive Fix Questions after purchase?
After successful payment, the Fix Questions PDF will be sent to your registered email
address within 24 hours (usually much faster). Check your spam/promotions folder if you
don't see it in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe,
Paytm), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and
uses bank-level encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Since we provide digital products, refunds are available only in specific cases like
duplicate payment or technical failure. Please read our Refund Policy for complete details.
I paid but didn't receive my material. What should I do?
First, check your spam/promotions folder. If you still don't see the email within 2

Technical Questions
Can I access materials on my phone?
Yes! Braintube is fully responsive and works on all devices - mobile phones, tablets,
and computers. PDFs can be viewed on any device with a PDF reader.
Can I share my purchased materials with friends?
No, purchased materials are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling
is against our Terms of Service and may result in action being taken.
